1. New generation: Our spot welding machine does not use MOS tubes, but innovatively uses high-power relays, so that the instantaneous current of the relay can reach 1500A. Not only the quality is stable, but also the welding effect is excellent!

2. Gear adjustment: gear adjustment, rotate the encoder to adjust the gear (the number flashes), click the encoder to select "Confirm" (the number stays on, it is welding status), and the gear is 01-199.

3.Spot welding skills:When using, please slowly adjust from the first gear, and do not increase the gear after the spot welding is firm; During spot welding, keep the contact surface between the nickel sheet and the battery electrode flat, and touch gently during spot welding;Switch machine: switch machine, press and hold the encoder for 3 seconds to turn on or off the power supply.

4. Design: switch machine, press and hold the encoder for 3 seconds to turn on or off the power supply. The welding is stable and will not fall off easily.

5. Powerful function: the control board of spot welding machine supports welding 0.15mm nickel plate, and can adjust 199 gears.

Specification:

A. Vrla batteries:

 12V14AH-100AH can be used.(14AH battery needs to be fully charged to be welded firmly.

B. Aircraft battery:

Please use XT60 interface, 3S-4S 3000mah model aircraft battery, discharge rate higher than 60C.

C. Vehicle starting battery:

The output interface of the starting battery must be EC5, and the current is less than 1500A.
